Return policy

The buyer has the right to return the item within 90 days from the date of purchase, by providing proof of purchase. Items are accepted if they are not damaged due to improper wear or care.

If, within this period, the item tears or defects appear related to sewing or manufacturing quality, the buyer can choose one of the following options:

  • Return the item and get a refund

  • Send the item for repair, which is done free of charge

Items sent for return or repair must be clean and properly packaged.
The e-shop reserves the right not to accept returns if defects occurred due to improper use or normal wear and tear.
